Our members live and work together, and our strong sisterhood bonds are extremely valuable to us. We promote an environment of trust, respect, and communication. Spending time with each other and making lifelong friendships is what Devonshire is all about!
We love to participate in many events unique to Devonshire. Our main tradition is Winter Tea and May Day Tea, an opportunity to connect over delicious tea foods, and connect with Alumnae. We also love fun activities like football games, barn dances, socials with other houses, spring formal, and sisterhood events!
Diversity and open-mindedness are core to Devonshire, and we are proud of each of our unique sisters. We have members from a wide variety of majors, hometowns, and cultural backgrounds. Our values and strong sisterhood bring us all together to form a united house that is a wonderful place to live.
We pride ourselves on our core values and we believe in open-mindedness and trust. We are firmly against hazing and believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for all members. We stand against racism, homophobia, sexism, classism, ableism, and all other forms of discrimination. Our house celebrates diversity with members of a wide variety of ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, and backgrounds, all of which we support and love.
